Renault Trucks UK has appointed Mark Patterson (32) as its new Regional Sales Manager for used vehicles. Mark will work primarily with Renault Trucks’ Truckplus used vehicle dealers in the North of the UK. He will also support Mike Finney, General Sales Manager – Used Vehicles, in the ongoing development of the Truckplus operation across the country.

Mark brings with him a wealth of experience from MAN ERF UK, Alliance & Leicester and from running his own business. Mark undertook a variety of roles during his seven years at MAN, including Rental Manager, Contracts Manager and New Vehicle Sales Manager. From there he became Remarketing Manager of Alliance & Leicester Commercial Finance’s used commercial vehicles. In 2006, he set up his own business dealing in commercial vehicle sales and rental, selling it in 2009 and joining Renault Trucks.

Commenting on his new role, Mark Patterson said: “I am looking forward to working for Renault Trucks UK and helping to develop what is already a very professional used truck operation. Used Renault commercial vehicles are gaining an increasing reputation in the UK market for quality and productivity at a competitive price and I will be working closely with the UK dealer network, particularly in the North, to develop further opportunities for the brand.”

At present there are twenty-seven Renault Trucks Truckplus used vehicle centres across the UK. The Truckplus centres offer high quality Renault used commercials, from vans to 44 tonne artics, which are prepared to high standards and ready to drive away.

In addition, a dedicated website, www.truckplus.co.uk, provides visitors with an easily searchable and detailed database of all current stock available across the Truckplus network. As well as quality Renault vehicles, the website also includes ‘all makes’ stock available from the Truckplus dealers, plus details of the latest finance packages and offers.
